BBT established a Patent Services team to assist our customers in analysing the patent status in the international pharmaceutical market and the feasibility of by-pass patents, and to provide a wide range of services related to pharmaceutical products and the active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates contained therein.

We help our customers to improve their knowledge and ability to manage intellectual property rights, through a comprehensive understanding and mastery of intellectual property laws and regulations as well as the pharmaceutical market access system, analyse the current situation and trend of intellectual property protection of the research object, and carry out intellectual property risk analysis and assessment.

IP challenge&clearance:

At the same time, we choose reasonable and effective coping strategies to carry out by pass patent research, to avoid patent routes, so as to carry out patent challenges, and to further obtain IP clearance, so as to explore practical development paths for China's generic enterprises to enter the international market, to participate in the global competition, to break through the global intellectual property barriers, and to change the mode of economic growth，and to explore the practicable road of development.
